Kraze Rewards Terms and Conditions
1. The Kraze Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are stated below. These Terms should be read together with the Krazevape.com Website Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions about these terms, Kraze Vape services or Kraze Vape products please contact us at info@krazevape.com.
2. Offer for Adult Vapers/Smokers: Krazevape.com customers with a registered age-verified account are eligible to participate in the Kraze Loyalty Program. All participants must be legally eligible to purchase nicotine products in their province/territory of residence. These participating customers are eligible to earn discount codes for use on Krazevape.com purchases. To earn discount codes, participating customers must spend money on Krazevape.com to earn points at a rate of 2 points per dollar spent on eligible Kraze Vape products. Points can also be earned without purchase, including but not limited to: registering for an account, birthday, and registering for marketing emails. No money spent on shipping or taxes is eligible to earn points. Krazevape.com reserves the right to award additional points to customers for promotions. Offer subject to change or cancellation at any time. Participating customers who have not received the discount code by the time the Loyalty program is changed or cancelled may no longer be eligible to participate in the offer.
3. Loyalty points can be redeemed in 100 point increments for a discount code of $1 per 100 points redeemed, with a minimum of 100 points for a $1 code and a maximum of 20,000 points for a $200 discount code (before taxes and shipping). Point balances do not expire at any time. Discount codes earned by redeeming points expire after 30 calendar days. Discount codes can only be used towards the purchase of Kraze Vape products and cannot be applied to shipping fees or taxes.
4. All points earned through the Kraze Loyalty program are valid only on Krazevape.com. Points have no cash value and are not transferable to any other account or individual.
